I lost mine and have cut my thumb twice now!** A: I doubt it, but getting a cut proof glove would work. **Q: Does this have a cover?** A: It comes with a protector for your hand. No cover for the unit itself, however the blades do retract flush with the bottom I have used mine for 2 - 3 years with no problem, only downside is I would like a thicker slice. **Q: Is the cross slicing blade serrated** A: Hi There! The Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline allows for either full slices or else a julienne (i.e. serrated) cut. There's a lever on the side of the slicer that allows you to change between the 2 modes. The top lever allows you to adjust the thickness of the slice. Hope this helps! **Q: Can you wash this slicer safely in the dishwasher?** A: Yes ## Frequently Bought Together - Prepworks by Progressive Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline,Green - AOZITA 20 Sets 32 oz Plastic Deli Food Containers With Lids, Airtight Food Storage Containers, Freezer/Dishwasher/Microwave Safe, Soup Containers For Takeout Meal Prep Storage --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/126640337-progressive-international-adjust-a-slice-mandoline-green](https://www.desertcart.at/products/126640337-progressive-international-adjust-a-slice-mandoline-green) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
