It was priced right and with USB easy to plug in. Windows 7 saw it and worked fine. Drivers supported my software Adobe Premier Elements 8, and others like Excel for panning & scrolling. What I like is the fine grain control of the knob, faster and slower just as you would expect it to work. And you can easily program it as well. I have tried other flashier knobs but they did not have the level of control this one has nor the software support. It also has enough footprint to stay put on my desktop.
