Prisma gave me a headache like you wouldn't believe, STRONG smell, but these were crazy expensive, so I tested with the "Skin Color" set and no problem with sinuses acting up, little smell like probably less than a Sharpie, but nothing close to Prisma. My brother's Prisma's are almost all dried up now, but I gifted my set of these markers to my Niece who is into art, she understands why these are GREAT. Seriously a $5 refill will last a LONG time. Nibs dry, just buy a new one. Less waste and holding a Prisma while coloring in is like holding a poll.
