My knees are an extremely import part of my profession - if they don't work, neither can I.I've been through a seemly endless number of brands and styles and I can say these are the best kneepads I've used.The pictures show both the Gel Lite Pro Flooring Kneepads and another style I've used fromMcGuire-Nicholas (for comparison).Pros*Solid, good quality construction. Heavy stitching and rugged material.*All day comfort. They feature a wide, stretchy neoprene strap that's very comfortable - even when wearing shorts! The straps also feature a sewn on pull tab at the end, which makes removal easy. A nice touch that speaks to the overall quality of the pads.*Great design. They are semi-ridged and curved (which allows them to cup the knees and provide great support) but unlike hard plastic pads, they also feature a soft, non-marring exterior cover to prevent them from scuffing whatever you are kneeling on. The "Gel Zone" gel pad is also a great feature. Combined with the cupping action of the pads, it is a knee-saver.Cons - none that I can see really. I wear these pads 5 to 6 hours a day and during the summer they will start to smell after a while (due to sweat). When that happens, I simply throw them in the washer and they come out like new. I've been wearing knee pads regularly for around 3 years so I'm pretty used to them, but after 5 or 6 hours they start getting on my nerves. I barely know I even have this brand on when I'm wearing them though and have to remember to take them off.I've been wearing the hard shell Work Pro brand for some time now, and the protection is amazing, however they constantly fall down and it drives me insane and wastes so much time having to readjust them, which is why I've been on the hunt for a different pair.Anyways.
