Very very frustrating especially when your tiered and want to go to bed and you have to dig this thing out of your ear! But man can I hear great with them and the price is in credible. Oh and they go through batteries fast. Only last about two full days and that’s it and it doesn’t have any thing to do with brand. But you can buy a lot of batteries for at least $1200 you save on the hearing aid. Still that old saying you get what you pay for.... Once I picked the proper size ear mold screeching was limited to a fraction of a second at placement in the ear. Will make noise when chewing something crisp like an apple. Does pick up wind noise but can be dialed down. I thought It was a good value. Ear mold that fit failed and the thing screeched none stop. I Tried repeatedly to get replacements. They were going to replace the ear domes for free but After a series of excuses, from proof of purchase to requiring a review, their internet problems, to the Corona Virus, I offered to pay for the molds, Finally I gave up. The best thing about this product is that I lost it.
