I hoped for a durable, well-built hard hat when I ordered this, but...- The plastic bands that make up the suspension liner are very thin, be prepared to take care of it or you may inadvertently find your liner broken. I almost don't want to hang the hat up for fear it will bend, stretch or break the liner straps.- The sweatband on this is a joke, like a paper chamois (I'm glad I ordered new/better sweatbands at the same time)- After about 1.5 months use, the adjuster wheel has stripped out several tiny thin plastic teeth and will no longer adjust tightly enough.- Size adjustments are not easily made inside the liner - get yourself a pair of pliers and build up some patience before attempting - the tabs and adjustment holes are a very tight fit.- I had to remove the side-to-side center suspension strap permanently to get a proper/decent fit.- No included documentation for fitting or use aside from standard certification statements, disclaimers and warnings.My previous hard hat lasted over 10 years and to this day still adjusts and fits fine. Perhaps I'll swap the liner out of that into my new hard hat shell so I can get some use out of it.Update more than a year later: STILL USING MY OLD HARD HAT.
