It will do the trick for the river. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 11month update *by A***N on September 21, 2021* Updated review 11 months of use: I think what the company means as far as (can last up to 24 hrs) means not on continuous play but can use a couple of times until your next charge. I placed this on my kayak, it got wet but works. Sound quality isn't the best but great when wanting to play background music while enjoying water rafting. Also it's light weight. Product pictures and description states the speaker has up to 24Hours of playtime which was one of the main reasons why I ordered it in the first place. Recieved the item today and on the box it says 15Hours of playtime. The speaker is small and has silicone like outershell.
