Unless you are in the gastro business it is difficult to know which to use. I chose this one based on the fact that I was sure ‘one’ of those boxes on the shelves would help me and the cheaper ones had not. So I chose the most expensive box in my pharmacy. Then finally I got to see my gastrointerologist face to face and he said I had chosen wisely. But frankly - when you chose the ‘one’ that’s a fit for your needs you should know quickly.
