## Questions & Answers

**Q: What's the best kind of tobacco to use with this?**
A: Tubing tobacco, which I get from the cigarette counter in the supermarket

**Q: Is this ok dosent overfill or underfill or rip the ends off**
A: You will have to do a bit of trial and error with the tension bar on the tube filler, but if you loosen the tensioner off all the way, then make a couple until you get it to how you want tightening the tensioner each time, it took me eight minutes to make 20

**Q: Do you need to pick the tobaco or can you put it in straight from the bag**
A: You need to lift it out the bag and into the little hopper. It's straight forward.

**Q: How long is the guarantee for the machine**
A: 1 year

### ⭐ Junk
*by J***A on 21 May 2026*

This electric cigarette rolling machine is the worst piece of junk I have ever bought. I’ve owned several rolling machines before, so I have something to compare it with, and this one is by far the worst. It keeps jamming, works poorly, and causes nothing but frustration. The build quality is terrible and it creates more problems than convenience. Complete waste of money and time. After this experience, I will never buy anything from this company again. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Absolutely not recommended.
