The product gets 4 stars. Let me explain. I’d done a lot of research on Amazon in my attempt to save my staff from pain being caused by applying caps to bottles. This product seemed more durable than any other in its price point. Silly me didn’t read the fine print. Please note that the chuck are separate purchase - however the company sent a very usable and highly popular bottle size chuck as gift. Sadly it didn’t work for me. So I reached out to company and had a response back very quickly. We then went back and forth several times making sure that I was getting the product that I needed. In short, their service is helpful, quick to respond and great! Now, onto the product. As I suspected, it is a durable design. Yes, it is basically a drill, however, the torque speeds are a bit slower, which is necessary for bottle capping. The instructions are all in Chinese but iris easy to figure out. You literally pinch the two red thumb presses at the bottom of the drill together to slide off the power bank and then plug that onto the included power cable to charge it. The included chuck is SOLID. I’d reviewed comparable models and there were a lot of complaints about the interior rubber being flimsy. The rubber in this model is thick and durable and I imagine will last for a good deal of time.
