Let me tell you, I have bought a Longan in a local Asian store the picture is exactly what it appears here in desertcart, light brown really fresh.looking but they are small and the meat is paper thinned and it's dry and not too juicy. I'm an Asian but I don't know much about Longan, what I'm trying to say is don't judge the fruit by the way it looks who knows there must be different kinds of seeds of Longan we don't know. Give it a chance. I ordered about 12 pounds and not one was thrown out, we put them in the refrigerator, it lasted a week n not even once it tasted differently. It's so wonderful, my whole family loves it!! Definitely I will order it again!!!! Review: Yuck! - All were overripe, leaking juice and mostly cracked and crushed.
