It is not mist. Has this been fixed?** A: Sadly not in the ones we’ve purchased as yet. I think they used the wrong type of pump on this product, it is too thick for the spray: my son & I use it, but we just twist off the top now & use a little directly from the bottle. I have a small pump from another leave-in conditioner that I’ll fill with this product once that one is used up. The product itself is amazing & works so well for both of us (his hair is super long, thick & wavy while mine is shorter but also thick & extremely curly, the product doesn’t have a nasty or potent scent & we both love it & the gel!) so we deal with it & make do. **Q: I asked a question below - and would like to get sent a new sprayer because the two I purchased don't work! How do I go about requesting that?** A: Maybe find a beauty supply store may have size you need or would be able to give direction on how to fix it. May need to pour product into different bottle that works. I won't use any other product in my daughter's hair. She has very curly, fine hair, and there is a lot of it! After I wash her hair and it is still damp, I squirt about a quarter-size of the product in my hands and run it all through her hair. The product isn't greasy at all; it's more like how a normal conditioner feels. Then, I comb her hair - and when I tell you the tangles come out easy, I'm not exaggerating. No tears or screaming! The after product is amazing - she gets compliments on her hair all the time. Not the most important thing, but it makes her hair smell so good! A few sprays go a long way - but it's not heavy or greasy at all. Helps immensely with brushing through tangles as it's a thick spray - regular sprays don't work for us, leave in cream conditioners are too greasy. This is right in the middle, I love it on my 6 year old's hair. She says the smell isn't great, I think it smells nice, but actually I think it barely has a scent to it. I also expect this bottle to go a long way because I usually only do 3 sprays on her entire head of just past the shoulders length hair.
