People complain about taste but this one tastes pretty good WITH NO ADDED SUGAR. If you want good tasting protein you buy the unhealthy, overdosed kinds that have added sugar. But this my friends is great stuff. I tried different proteins but they had loaded sugar. so I didn't feel good about myself in trying to be healthy. It now comes in a blue bag and also has 10 more calories per serving. I don't know what happened, but as far as I'm concerned the 10 extra calories could be actual crap. I don't know from what animal, I guess it really doesn't matter. It went from the best tasting protein powder I've had, and I have been drinking this for almost a year and a half. However when my wife went this last time to Sams Club, she called to double check because it is now in a blue bag. Like I said, I don't know exactly what the extra 10 calories are, but to me this new mix tastes like crap! My wife bought me 2 bags and next time I go to Sam's I will be returning 1 unopened bag and one that is open. I guess I'll tell them that the product is defective. I sure wish they would have left it the way it was, when it was in the silver bag and shown as 160 calories per serving. If it is in a blue bag and shown at 170 calories run the other way, that is unless you don't have any taste buds. I would like to be able to find as many of the silver bag ones I can and stock up on them. Sorry Muscle Tech I guess I'm a former user with the new formula tasting as bad as it does. Scientifically this protein powder is above average. I think it taste great ( chocolate) and is an excellent buy at SAMs club for $29.00. Its sad to see poor reviews on this product by others. It delivers. The finness of the powder is simply an attribute of the ability to instantly dissolve. I mix mine with an apple, banana, greens, and cranberry juice and blend for the most amazing smoothie. This keeps me going all day 10-12 hrs in a hot kitchen.
