I have several of their cookbooks covering different countries and I have loved trying the different cuisines. I know if it is from Phaidon I should buy it. This one is fantastic. Just talking about it makes me want to get in the kitchen and get started. I have to order some of the ingredients because I live in a rural area and they are not available. Amazon has what I need so I can have the ingredients in a day or two.
