Featuring a high-efficiency permeate pump and a 90% auto shut-off valve, it significantly increases tank fill capacity and delivery pressure while cutting wastewater by half. Ideal for homes with low water pressure, this all-in-one kit ensures faster, more efficient water purification without added energy costs. ## Description Upgrade kit for permeate pump with 90% shut off for systems using membranes rated at 100 GPD or less. The permeate pump improves system efficiency, reduces waste, and increase tank storage capacity and delivery pressure.Product FeaturesAquatec ERP 1000The most popular permeate pump on the market90% ASVHigher threshold auto shut off valve allows for fuller tanks, increase tank capacityReduces WasteReduces back pressure from the tank, maximizing system efficiency and water purityNon-electricHydraulically powered, uses the pressure created from the waste water, eliminating the need for electricityGreat for Borderline PressureProvides dramatic improvement on homes with 35-45 psi, and marked improvement in any situationProduct DescriptionNon-electric pump improves system performance, decreases waste water, and increases tank storage capacityReverse osmosis requires a minimum of 40 psi to function correctly, and a pressure of 60-80 psi is ideal for best performance. Typically electric booster pumps are the solution, but the non-electric permeate pump provides a low cost alternative for borderline pressure (35 psi) and increases efficiency, even with higher incoming pressure.By using hydraulic pressure generated by the waste water, this system relieves back pressure from the tank, reducing the amount of waste water produced. The 90% auto shut off valve allows the storage tank to be filled to 90% of incoming line pressure, as opposed to the 60% that standard auto shut off valves allow, increasing tank storage capacity.More Info ## Features - Complete kit to upgrade your RO system with permeate pump and 90% shutdown - ERP1000 High efficiency permeate pump to fill the storage tank faster.
