Secondly, it works very well and I have failed to find any comparable product on the market, but I did end up drilling out slots in mine so I can loop a belt through it to hold it in place a bit better as I have a herniated stoma that sticks out somewhat and the belt keeps everything pulled in nicely when I don't want to go through the hassle of wearing a big, uncomfortable support belt.
