A: No it doesn't, it doesn't have a memory function. But if I remember right it came with a little printed spreadsheet so that you could manually record the information.

Whilst all thermometers do the same thing, this one is easy to use and easy to read, my only issue is how long it actually takes to provide the reading, I feel like this is in my mouth for at least 3 minutes and I can taste the metal end for ages afterwards. No issues with the reading it provides, just how long it takes. Digital display although it doesn't light up so make sure your doing this with some light to be able to read it.
