I've tried other massage tools and this one's the best, because I can self-direct the pressure and where it's concentrated. I use it multiple times a day. It's ergonomic, intuitive, and I can apply as much or as little pressure as my knots need. Since I've started using this last week, my headaches have reduced and my shoulders are much more relaxed. Even my massage therapist said that she can notice a difference. My lower back and feet appreciate it too! The best part is, I never have to ask anyone to help relieve a pressure point anymore; I can just do it all on my own. This is better than a Swedish massage.
