**Q: Im hoping someone knows.Is this just chilli flakes,which i hope it is,or is it crushed chillis with seeds?**
A: It is not crushed chillis with seeds
Pul biber (aleppo chilli flakes) are not the same as chilli flakes though, as they give a warm, fruity taste rather than hot.
I find chilli flakes too hot and much prefer this pul biber which does not irritate my stomach like ordinary chilli flakes do and gives a lovely depth of flavour 
I now always use this pul biber whenever a recipe calls for chilli flakes.
I also sprinkle it on salads, mix with olive oil for a dressing, sprinkle on meats before roasting, sprinkle on eggs - in other words it’s extremely versatile! 
It’s used in lots of Middle Eastern cooking
