Take out of box and just squeeze. **Q: There is always at least one ear or eye constantly popped out, even when im not squeezing it. Is there any way I can deflate it just a bit?** A: Hi there, I have one in my hands now just to see why it would happen to you. The ears and eyes should go right back into place. Can you push it back in? You can try and deflate it a little. You would have to have a needle adapter used to inflate basketballs. Basically, just insert the needle adapter and air should come out.
