It has been an amazing journey. Last year when my church did the Daniel Fast, I was about to go on vacation and there was much turmoil in my life. I didn't think I could do the fast successfully. But I went ahead and ordered THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO THE DANIEL FAST so I would be ready the next time the church was asked to do it. So in July when our pastor announced that the Daniel Fast would begin on August 1st, I got my book and began to read. I could see that preparation is needed to do this fast. I prepared for 2 weeks by reading, praying, and planning. I could not have done the Daniel Fast without Kristen's book.
