However, I read the reviews carefully before ordering, so my expectations were not high. The plastic part of the case (that your phone snaps into) is thin and brittle. Pieces have broken off or split and I've resorted to using super glue to hold it together (and I might have glued my phone into the case). This is not a case you will be taking your phone in and out of on a regular basis (I might as well toss my spare battery). Plan to put it in and leave it in. Because it's thicker, it's limited which pants or jacket pockets it fits into, but I love how it holds all of my cards, including my transit and work RFID cards. I'm just able to tap the outside of the case (top for half for work, bottom half for transit) without having to remove the cards. Because I had a universal car mount, I'm still able to use Waze. I figure if the case lasts six months and I still have this phone, at this price, I can just get a new one. However, I would recommend that you just throw out the screen protector. I've never had a problem with my screen, but after I added the protector, somehow I scuffed the protector so at certain angles I can see the scuff mark on the screen. Super-annoying. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great case, great value. *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2015* I have seen similar cases for three times as much as this. I have had this case about two weeks and I am hard on my gear. I own two Visiting Angels franchises in the Phoenix area and I am on the road, in and out of the car constantly. Most of the time the phone is in my front pocket so I was a little worried about the bulk but that's not a problem. Once in the car the phone comes out and is plugged in for recharging (I like to keep it topped up at all times) and I am constantly opening and closing it for text messages, etc. There has been no problem with the magnetic closure or the hinge material. I like the "kick stand" viewing feature because it sits securely on the dash of my Prius. I would buy this again and I recommend it to others. The only negative comment, if you want to call it that, is there is no room for the stylus in or on the case. To me that is not enough to knock it down a star. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Construction, but a Little Lacking in Engineering. *by M***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2015* This is a well-made case with a decently strong magnetic closure. Good bargain for $10 ish. The card slots are nice and snug, and so is the pocket behind them. I only have 2 contentions about the product, which is why the 4 instead of 5 stars:(1) The plastic case part that the phone clips into is a little flimsy, with weak points where the spaces for the phone's buttons are left hollow. Mine came bent at the power button area, but I managed to straighten it out without snapping it. I did not seek to exchange or return it because -- somewhat comically -- I kind of like the crease in the plastic because it helps me quickly find the power button. It was obviously not an intentional feature of the case, but I found that I liked it. Anyhow, the plastic is a bit on the flimsy side, but if you're pretty gentle with your electronics, it will not make a difference. I'd recommend an OtterBox if you are more accident-prone.(2) The case only lies flat over the phone is empty. If you put cards in it -- one, two or three -- any bulk pushes the seams of the pockets outward and thus, when the flap is closed, the seam pushes on the phone screen. The Samsung-made flap cover, by comparison, features a debossed area so that once you put a card in it, the flap still has a flat surface facing the phone screen. I've worked aroudn this by cutting a piece of art foam and tucking it in the pocket area behind the cards, and using it as a sort of padded "page" that folds between the card flap and the phone screen. The clasp magnet is strong enough to stay closed so long as you don't over-stuff the flap.The stylus is a nice inclusion -- it is lightweight and it's clippy bit is plastic, not metal, so be careful or it will snap off. Note there is NOT enough room in the case to clip the the stylus. Even the little clippy bit features a round bead at the end, increasing its width/diameter in such a way that makes it too thick to clip onto the case, whether it be the spine or the flap itself. I managed to fit it into the clasp flap, but it kind fo swings about.Long story short, if you're a little artsy/craftsy, you can make this case work.
