Wide, bigger than I expected and as tall as a regular ottoman.3) They can be folded for future use.4) I can use it as a footstool as stated.5) They are really lovely-looking especially if you’re a fan of anything “Parisian”, you might like them.6) Assembly isn’t required as it is super easy to put together.Cons:1) Yes, I can use it as a footstool because I am petite and slim. As for much taller people, I’m not too sure if these footstools are sturdy enough to hold the weight.2) the material is a bit flimsy so I suggest to try be careful when moving/carrying/using it as a footstool.3) It isn’t a good idea to sit on it since it is originally made as a footstool/storage (and not to mention, it can be folded so imagine what might happen if it folds up when you sit.)4) I can see it isn’t durable, so if you’re not careful, these won’t last long.Overall, I am still happy with my purchase, they’re exactly what I need at the moment. ### ⭐⭐ Update: Something you should know *by E***S on March 29, 2015* Ok here is an update. I have had this for about a month now (my original review is below and I originally rated it 5 stars.) and it has already broke. The lid has broken meaning the flimsy cardboard holding the lid together has cracked. I made the mistake of casually sitting down on it to tie my shoe (closest thing and out of habit, it's what an ottoman is for) and just that broke it. I don't think this can be classified as an ottoman as it wasn't able to hold my weight for even a few seconds. I would only use this as a for looks only piece and wouldn't even use it to rest my legs on. I have lowered my rating to 2 star because of the false advertising in the name. It just doesn't work.Old review:This was a perfect addition for my chair to be a small ottoman where I can store a couple of blankets in. However something you should know is it folds it is not solid. They are well-made, if the fabric is nice, and unlike other reviews all of my patterns for on straight and facing the right direction, up. They are larger than I thought and hold quite a bit. You can’t beat the two for one pricing on these little Ottoman storage boxes. I’m not sure how heavy of a person they would hold that I am an average size woman about 148 pounds and I can sit on them with no problem.
