One of the techniques appears to be Franco's version of Blauer's Spear technique (Wedge, Shield, etc as named by other practitioners), but Franco breaks his down very well and explains how it flows well in addition to any other training you've taken, be it boxing, BJJ, Jeet Kune Do, etc. If you've gotten Franco's previous Widow Maker program, you'll see how this complements his 'webbing/razing' techniques and methodology when it comes to 'getting inside' to handling the problem close-quarters.
