I need at least three.** A: It depends on what range of resistance is being tested. 50ohms will show 3 decimal places (50.000) the next range @ 500 will show two (500.00) above 500 will have you in a the 5K ohm range which will show up to 5.0000 or 4 places. At 50K ohm the cycle is back to 3 places. This cycle repeats until the 5M ohm range. The next range is to 30M ohm @ 3 places after the decimal. Everything tested has fewer. 30-50M ohm shows two places. 50-500 shows one. Remember however that accuracy is more important than displayed value. This meters quoted specs are quite accurate.
