I tested both, and both of them not only sparked bright white on the uncovered titanium bar, but also caused 12% H2O2 to bubble quite nicely. A close visual examination shows complete coverage indicative of electroplating. It also showed just enough surface blemishes (that cleaned off) that I strongly advise cleaning it according to your needs before use, as whether they came from manufacturing or shipping, you probably don't want the unknown impurities in your cell. BE AWARE: This is obviously not a precision manufactured, pro lab grade item, carefully calibrated with unbeatable QC. The fact that its being sold on amazon at this price should give that away. That being said, it is what it says it is.
