How would you describe the texture of this screen protector?** A: Yes it is grippy and rubbery like the old Zagg shields, just slightly smoother. It still leaves that leathery look i'm extremely dissapointed with the purchase. Wish people were more honest in their reviews. **Q: Does anyone know how to take off the residue left behind after removing it?** A: A lot of rubbing alcohol directly onto the adhesive and a lint free towel. Repeat until it's gone. **Q: Does the fingerprint scanner still work normally after the installation?** A: Yes **Q: Does this cover the screen edge to edge? Specifically, around the curves???** A: It covers over the edge and you have to take the fine edge of the squeegee to get in there to lay flat. Just align the camera hole on the phone screen first, once you get that correct, your all set to squeegee. I found that out after two tries. It's the easiest way instead of trying to align from the edge.
