It takes 24 hours to recharge completely. I give it a 2 because I paid $5 for it - under the new PRIME membership deal. It is not worth 35$. Customer service was great before for the video codec issue which was not an issue, since I did not pay attention on what it does play and I downloaded PUFFIN which does play FLASH Video codecs. BUT, big but!! I can only play for one hour and 30 min's.
