Review: Now Melatonin is a wonderful product: desertcart's delivery system is broken! - Now Melatonin is great, I have used it for a couple of years now and highly recommend it. I do however have a problem with desertcart's shipping and their lack of a system for customers to voice their dissatisfaction with their process. I ordered this product on 4 September with a delivery date of 6 September. Then, on 6 September I received a message from the tracking site saying the product had shipped on 6 September with a delivery date to 8 September and posted a message saying if the product had not arrived by 8 September I could request a refund on 9 September. Then on 8 September they posted another message saying that the product was expected to arrive on 11 September. I tried to cancel the order and request a refund, but they did not offer an option for a refund. When I attempted to cancel the order they posted a message saying it was too late to cancel the order since it had already shipped, but I still cannot find a way to express my concern to desertcart. The tracking information said it started out in Union City Georgia on 7 September 4:23AM and the next entry was Suffolk, VA US at 6:59AM on 8 September. I get my deliveries out of desertcart's facility in Macon, GA! Why is my package in Suffolk, VA? The Last entry I saw said to expect my package by September, 13th. So much for Prime Membership and 2 day delivery!
