Toddlers and children are elevated five inches off the ground for a supported surface with air circulation below, keeping kids comfortable and cool. Sturdy cots are constructed with powder-coated steel poles, durable plastic corners, and a breathable stretch-resistant mesh that’s tightly fitted to the frame with minimal gaps to protect little fingers and toes. **Q: I only see the option for the 52 in cot. Is there not an option in the sand color for toddlers which would be closer to 40 in?**

A: Hello! Thank you for your interest in this item. The product you've selected comes as a pack of 6 cots, therefore you can order 3 sets of the toddler size cots to get 18. For the standard size, you may want to order 4 sets (24 total cots) or order 3 sets and then order 2 more additional cots individually to get a total of 20 standard cots. You can find the cots sold individually by searching amazon for ELR-16125.

**Q: Are these water proof?**
A: I would say they are.  The material is like a nylon mesh, the corners are plastic and the rods on all 4 sides are metal.  Washing them is very easy.  The kids in my day care love napping on them.
