A: Yes but they are not bright at all. And seller is a nightmare to deal with

A: Doesn't fit all w164. Got mine and I was stuck with them because seller is a nightmare to deal with. If you aren't mechanically inclined you'll be paying ALOT in labor just to make these usable.
