I recommend the Bodyblade to anyone that wants one simple piece of equipment, that exercises your entire body. I use the Pro, walking (exercising both the upper body with the lower body simultaneously). I walk with the Pro for approximately 1+ miles daily, continually using the Body Blade with 11 separate routines for 20+ minutes without stopping.
