For those that say you can "never get it to fit correctly" - you have to remember that the part that goes under your foot is adjustable. Once you get that right, it will be comfortable and supported. I have a question about the product. Is it for use when I play sports? Or it is used for the recovery of an injury while not playing sports?** A: I’ve used them for years playing basketball and it works good. It put a little extra wear n tear on the shoes but well worth it **Q: where does the air tube go** A: There is a little air pocket folded behind the top of the green air cast itself that needs to be pulled up so you can insert the air tube into it so you can blow air into it. Remove the air tube & fold the pocket back over to keep the air in the cast. **Q: I wear a size 81/2 shoe What size I order?** A: Small **Q: Can this be washed in the washing machine, or do you have to hand wash?? Little help please...** A: It does not require that type of washing.
