It is finely crafted and beautiful in its stitching. We have it hanging over a round dinette in our kitchen. With the spider fitting, we are able to change our light fixture's shade depending on what we want for season or color or style. This shade came packaged very well and there was no damage to the shipping box. You will not be disappointed in this shade. It is one of Lamps Plus' bestsellers and I would agree with that statement. I purchased two of them to put on lamps in my bedroom that used to have red shades. The difference a larger shade in a lighter color makes is just remarkable. The room is brighter, feels bigger, and has kept the elegant look I love. The shades came quickly (within 3 days of ordering), each packaged in its own box and in perfect condition. The embroidery pattern lines have different widths which is a little hard to see in the picture, but they really adds character. The shades themselves get five stars for quality, style and price. I am very happy with the completed look of my lamps.The three star rating is for the company itself. The lamp shades are offered with free harps but, upon arrival, no harps. Initially I sent an email to them about the omission and when a response wasn't received in what I considered a reasonable time, I called them directly. I was told that the harps should have been shipped with the shades and to double check the box. No kidding. Of course I thoroughly checked the box; it's just a box with two lamp shades in it. That's why I called.The customer serv rep then assured me that they would send two harps. Unfortunately, this meant an additional week without being able to assemble the lamps while I waited for the harps to arrive.Overall, the shades are great---great look for a great price.
