It fit firmly in the rifle grooves, I did not have to force it on with any tools. The torque values (22 inch/lbs) is printed right on the packaging for the four screws. The product is Made in the USA. Don't make the mistake I made and purchase the Chinese junk first. The KPY rail was so loose in the rifle grooves that I didn't even try to tighten the screws. (Also they did not supply any torque values). If you over tighten the screws you could damage the aluminum threads in the rail very easily. I did a return on the Chinese rail and ordered this one. Review: Quality - You get what you pay for used a cheaper set up worked ok but this rail is top tier fits so well gonna buy another. ## Features - Our rail comes in a 30MOA cant as it is meant for guys pushing their 22LRs out to 300+ yards. It will also be available in a 15MOA and 50MOA configuration. - We added real estate to the front of the rail to allow you to move your optic forward.
