It is a brown box with the shipping labels on it. I have had good luck with confirming no bedbugs were present in any units we heat treated in our apartment buildings. We also install the donut shaped traps under our bed frame legs and they have trapped bedbugs in rooms which we then heat treated. We then installed the Vocanos in the units after the heat treatment. **Q: What does the lure smell like?** A: I've had my nose in them and don't really smell much. They are expensive for the little help they provide and the lure itself doesn't last terribly long, maybe the outside 3 months caveat emptor **Q: Does this only attract bedbugs? Can other bugs be inside this trap?** A: It has only been tested for attracting bed bugs. Three days later, absolutely nothing in the traps, but still getting bites. As I cleared the entire room and disassembled our furniture, I found 2 significant groups of very well-fed bed bugs very close to where the traps were set. Hopefully, the problem is now solved. I bought the traps so the tenants and I could check everyday. So far, so good. The exterminator had sprayed three times, to no avail.
