As far as the console itself went, it looked to be in really good shape. I did have to disassemble the console since it looked very dirty on the inside, but after spending some time cleaning it up it has worked wonders so far. The controller works fine, just the D-Pad can be a bit unresponsive to where I have to press down pretty hard on the right one specifically if I'm trying to tweak some settings in-game or on the system in general. Good thing I ordered a extra controller as a backup. So far, so good when it comes to the PS2. Hasn't given me any problems, especially since I had to disassemble it to give it a good cleaning. Unfortunately for me I didn't read them in time. The unit I received the laser didn't work. The controller cord was damaged but it worked. Lucky for me that I ordered a free mcboot memory card when I ordered this. I watched some videos on YouTube to learn how to use it. Amazingly I was able to make it work. The game played just like it was on disc. No lagging or anything.
