The difference between the two is primarily the type of ink. The Sarasa uses gel ink while the Surari uses a hybrid gel/ballpoint emulsion ink. Jetpens.com doesn't sell a Surari multi pen with a mechanical pencil component, so I am now slightly skeptical that Zebra even makes a Surari pen like this. (That's what I get for not doing my research ahead of time.) I'm not going to return this, because it's a really nice pen with one of my all-time favorite clip designs and at a very fair price. I would appreciate it if Amazon would fix the description, but until then, let my misfortune be your gain.
