There were no scratches or issues. Each frame came with extra hardware. The brushed nickel parts are great quality. To ensure perfect placement, we used painter's tape to hold up the actual frames (at least one of the sheets) to the wall, leveled them etc. Then marked the exact spots to install the anchors/screws. That made the process pretty easy. I would 100% recommend these frames.
