## Questions & Answers

**Q: How di you make the pendulum work? I did not seem to receive any manual or instructions in the package.**
A: You need to use the little round padded stickers in the box to ensure the clock is sitting parallel to the wall - for me, I put 3 or 4 stickers on top of each other near the bottom of the clock *on the side facing the wall). Pendulum the worked. Took a little while to get it right but worked ever since.

**Q: Does the clock make any noise? Either the pendulum or the hands. Thanks**
A: The clock only makes a very slight ticking noise. Nothing disturbing.  You do have to make sure it is hanging very straight or the pendulum knocks on the edge of the slit.  My walls are not completely flat but a bit of bluetack stuck on the back has done the trick.

**Q: Is there a black and gold version of this clock?**
A: Hi , I don't believe so , I've checked on several sites and the only colour I have seen is black and silver but Kare may have brought out new products since that time

**Q: How do you remove fingerprints from the matt metalic casing?**
A: I used a damp e-cloth then buffed it over with a dry one.  If you don't have an e-cloth I guess any microfibre cloths would do the trick.
