I love how she breaks things down, shows you how to mix colors, and makes it all very fun and non-intimidating. I've already tried several lessons and am excited to keep going and try them all! The author also has a wonderful Instagram account, where she has lots of tutorials and paint-alongs. I love her loose, modern botanical style, and her easy and encouraging approach. Highly recommend!

I'm very excited about de Winton's new book; New Botanical Painting. It's beautifully laid out, with easy to follow instructions for painting all kinds of flowers and plants. I love how she breaks things down, shows you how to mix colors, and makes it all very fun and non-intimidating. I've already tried several lessons and am excited to keep going and try them all! The author also has a wonderful Instagram account, where she has lots of tutorials and paint-alongs. I love her loose, modern botanical style, and her easy and encouraging approach. Highly recommend!
