Review: Perfect solution to the telescoping flag pole - I’ll set the stage. I live in an HOA community in Florida. I’m a HAM radio operator. Antennas are mounted on a telescoping flag pole. Thunder storms in Florida are very frequent and I have to raise and lower the antenna mast pretty often in the summer. The twist-lock feature of the telescoping pole becomes difficult to work with over time due to moisture and dirt. So I stripped all those locking mechanisms from the pole and drilled holes in various places depending on the height I wanted. These pins work perfect when inserted in the hole and makes raising and lowering super easy and fast. The pins just hang on a quick release key ring by the mast so they're out in the weather 24/7 and have held up incredibly well. Simple solution to my frustrating problem.
