**Q: What is the name in indian for indian fried pea fritters? what is the spice masala or spicd powder used for the indian pea fritter fried? thanks**
A: Pakoras is the name of what you are referring to.  Pakora masala is what you want. 

The flour used to make is called Chana besan.

**Q: how many boxes is in the pack? Typically one box of this powder is less than $3?**
A: One!!!

**Q: Directions in english**
A: I had the same box with English directions on it.   I believe it was 1 pound of chicken 2 onions 6 tomatoes and then 15 grams of the curry mixture.  

Fry the onions till golden after chopping them add tomatoes and Cook down for a few minutes (also chopped) then add the curry powder and red pepper flakes to your liking stir frying these for a few minutes then add chicken and stir fry for 10 minutes until browned.   Add yogurt or 1 can of coconut milk and then bring to simmer for 40 minutes lid on.  Reduce to liking.  Add cilantro and lime or lemon juice to taste prior to serving.
