Leo answered any questions I had about the product prior to buying it and even once I purchased this wig Leo still assisted me up until delivery.The hair is super soft and exactly like the picture. There is no shedding and when I got it wet at the beach it still was soft once the hair was dry. The look is very natural and I've received so many compliments about it. Some people can't even tell I'm wearing a wig. Trust me you will not be disappointed.Update on wig: I recently straighten the wig to wear it as a different look and I'm even more in love with it. The texture of the hair is still soft and I can run my hands through it without any tangles. It feels so silky!! The construction is nicely put together and the lace wasn’t so “griddy”. I tried bleaching the knot but it didn’t bleach as well as I would have expected. I let it stay on for a little over 15 mins, but it necessarily didn’t need bleaching. It was pre plucked but I went in and did a little more customization. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing again in the future.🤗.
