It's a silent roller which is a must for me. There is no squeaking of any kind. The rolling is smooth and cool against the skin. The main roller has two kinds of surfaces on each end, one smooth and the other has ridges which is great for massaging/draining any parts of your face or body even, that are extra puffy. They include a small mini roller which is great to use around your under eyes and smaller crevices. The gua sha scraper is also a beautiful rose quartz, is smooth to the touch and feels heavy and sturdy in my hand. It comes with a nice and soft travel drawstring bag so that you can bring it with you anywhere.The packaging itself is beautiful too! Protected nicely with foam so you can just keep the box as it's main storage. You could even gift it as is, because it's so aesthetically pleasing, its all wrapped and ready to go. I highly recommend going with this brand, their quality is great and they have excellent customer service that responds promptly to any questions or concerns you might have. Also the box contains a pamphlet informing you of their 1 year warranty, and the other pamphlet is their instructional guide on how to clean and use these tools which is super thoughtful because some other products don't have instructions so you're left to kind of google/youtube it yourself.Overall, this product is just really wonderful and well thought out. It's priced well, and the quality speaks for itself. If you're on the fence about it, DON'T BE. So, things were off to a great start here! The roller/gua sha package was shipped immediately and got it within a day-two.The product came beautifully packaged, with instructions (although they also emailed me the guide). So far so great! I’ve been using the product for a few days now and I can already see a difference in my skin, it feels lighter, smoother and relaxed.The rollers do not make one noise which is amazing and they roll with ease. I told my husband that the day the small roller pulled an eyelash that would be the last day I would use it but it has not pulled neither hair nor skin.If I had to be a negative-Nancy .... the only things I disliked a bit were 1. The indentations were the rollers are don’t have the little holes next to it to grab them out, and since they’re really well secured I have to use a little tool to get the big one and small one out. Also, I would’ve like pics of how to use the gua sha, as the instructions only showed pictures for the roller. I’m a visual person that’s all.I would recommend this product for you, and as a gift for all the special people you want looking amazing! I’ve had it for a long time now and waited to review it so that I could have a more accurate review.It came in really nice and pretty packaging, and the stone itself looks beautiful. I personally like to keep it them in the fridge for when I use them.Pros: keeping them in the fridge makes them pretty cold, I do not recommend freezing them as they could possibly break, as stones may break due to different temperatures. With that said I also don’t recommend heating these up as they may shatter, I’ve had stones do that in the past. When cooled in the fridge, these stones help de-puff my under eyes as make me look more awake. As I’ve been massaging my face with these, I’ve noticed that the small lumps on my face due to acne are disappearing. This has been my first time using these types of tools. I also read to use these to drain lymph nodes so I’ve been doing that, and they are making my face look more contoured.Cons: none that I can currently think ofI love this set. It’s such a good value for what you get, and I recommend buying these and watching YouTube videos on how to use them.
