Could you use something else? Why do you add mannitol? Users can add their own sweetener. Is there a real need for it? Also, the pvp k30, not exactly a natural substance, you could swap it for something else or offer evidence and documentation in support. I see no one bothers responding to the negative reviews. If people have a concern, you should answer it publically. People are not simply wallets to sell to, you need to be more willing to address and answer their concerns.
