But the design is flawed. Problem is it is designed to be a front mount pot. Meaning you have to mount it in the hole first. Then try to hook up the wires from behind after it's mounted. That is a big PIA. What would be nice is if you could hook the wires up first and then feed them through the hole. But you can't do that because the wires come off the side of the potentiometer. And with them coming off the side, they would fit through the hole. What would have been great is if they had the option of mounting the wires off the end of the pot instead.
