This book is perfect for anyone that wants to learn to make a large variety of salad dressings homemade. The recipes vary greatly, so you get a large range of tastes with this compact book. The photos are also excellent quality.

Order this - you won't be disappointed. I've made a bunch of the dressings and they are all delicious. I have 'finessed' some of them (I prefer a higher ratio of vinegar to oil) but the base recipe is ALWAYS good. You definitely can't go wrong with this book. Gives lots of ideas and combinations. I'm really glad to add it to my cookbook collection.
