Do they get bound and twisted like some cheap sets?** A: So far, so good. In general, the springs and overall bits feel and function much more quality than the cheap off-the-shelf bits that I've used in the past. I use these bits mostly with metal work (as an index point), they are holding up very well. **Q: Are the bits actually centered? In an earlier set the smaller bits wobbled badly from being offset when tightened down.** A: So, I thought about this after I answered and had to rewrite it. I happen to be using these today and the bits do not wobble; at least not in mine. I did find that if you do not use the correct nose cone for the hole that you are trying to center drill, it will be off. I simply change the nose cone if it doesn’t fit correctly and I get perfect results every time.
