(Because of 10 year shelf life claim) The original battery lasted close to four years (low power consumption item) and the other collar is still green and good. I needed one today and ALL Four are DOA. And the recommend replacement batteries are 14250 with 3.6 volt . **Q: Where can i get a charger for it** A: These are non-rechargable, it says so in the description. **Q: Can the tabs be removed from the battery.?
